Scotty Nguyen Wins WSOP H.O.R.S.E. Gold BraceletThe 2008 H.O.R.S.E. World Champion is Scotty Nguyen. He is from Henderson, NV. Nguyen won the WSOP Main Event in 1998. This was his fifth WSOP gold bracelet.
